SHIPPING
After your payment has been successful, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. You will also receive a ‘dispatched’ confirmation email once your item has been posted to you.
UK DELIVERIES
Postage to the UK is Free.
Delivery will be 3-4 working days.
Items will be sent out with Royal Mail 2nd class post.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Europe delivery will aim for 3-5 working days.
Worldwide delivery will aim for 6-7 working days.
Items will be sent out with Royal Mail Standard International post at £6.
All items will be sent out with Royal Mail within 1-2 working days.
The cost for multiple items posting internationally will remain at £6, unless the weight exceeds 2kg.
RETURNS
At AmberRoux we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we gladly accept returns or an exchange of the item within 14 days of delivery.
You may return any items from your order within 30 days of receipt using a postal service of your choice. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery for your parcels as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries. Please keep a record of any postage receipts until your refund has been processed on your account.
Customers are expected to cover the return of their return postage.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method.
Please include a brief explanation about why you are returning the item or email:
To make a return, items must be returned unworn and unused and still in their original packaging with all the tags attached. Please package the item properly to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for unwanted items.
